Hey all….

I’ve got a play opening in New York, one I wrote, not one I’m in. Here’s a link:

Moving

June 25th, 2006 by lyingsolo

My latest endeavor complete, I am on to the next one: sweating and looking for an apartment SOMEWHERE IN NEW YORK. So if you are someone you know, love, or saw once on a bus, is moving, knows someone who is moving, has heard from a reliable source that this guy in the building of your ex’s mother might be fleeing to Hoboken, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

My MFA program at the New School begins August 28th, which is really exciting. Whenever fear hits me, I put on phantom boxing gloves and talk tough.

‘Inspector Mom’ airs on Lifetime in September. Danica mcKellar (hereto known as Lola) is short, and kind of insane. Who knew?

I’m house sitting now, very pleasant. I’m writing which is also pleasant and occasionally, well, often, bang my head against the wall suck.

all from me.

Sweet Lord in heaven. Now, I’m not a cosmo or allure afficiando, but I’m fairly certain both publications would frown upon getting a haircut in a state of extremem duress.

I now resemble my brother. my thirteen year old, style-lacking, brother.

Yay!

Quit the Department of Health, got hired to write for a new T.V. Show, Soccer Mom Mysteries (look for it on lifetime, yeah!) and after having been strung along for WEEEEEKS I finally found out that the New School doesn’t hate my guts and wants me to come to NYC to audition — this weekend. Saturday and Sunday. It’s convenient as my Steppenwolf auditions are that Monday. What a strange time, all the lines you throw start coming back.

My Boston Troupe, Mosaic, was reviewed by the Globe this past week, hopefully this will pull in a bigger crowd as the time slot (sundays nights) is far from prime.

Ah me, time for tea and to nurse this throat infection of mine.
